You receive weekly plan updates via our coaching app, with ongoing messaging support for questions and adjustments. Monthly video calls ensure proper form and allow for detailed progress review.

Movement Assessment

£45 per session

Service Questions

Yes. We recommend starting with single sessions to ensure the service suits you before purchasing a package. The only exception is our monthly unlimited group class option, which requires upfront payment.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you provide sufficient notice, the session remains in your package. Late cancellations or no-shows result in the session being deducted. We understand emergencies happen and handle these case-by-case.
